How We Rate

This page explains how information on this site is gathered and checked, and why each check matters to a player in Great Britain. It describes the method, not a verdict on any casino.

Where the information comes from

Every page is built from the operator's own published material. We do not rely on rumour, forum posts or second-hand summaries for facts such as limits, fees or bonus conditions.

Where a fact cannot be found in these sources, we leave it out instead of guessing.

What we check and why it matters

The same list is applied to every page. Each item affects what a player in GB can reasonably expect.

We note the operating company, the licensing body and the licence number, and whether they can be matched to a register. This tells you who is responsible if something goes wrong and which rules apply. Our page on licence and owner shows how this is set out.

A bonus headline says little without its conditions. We record the wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games and any cap. For example, a requirement such as 40x on the bonus amount means far more than the size of the offer itself.

We list deposit and withdrawal methods, minimum and maximum amounts, and stated processing times. We also note the currency the site uses, since this can add conversion costs for GB players. Details are collected on the withdrawal page.

We note the size of the library, the named software providers and whether live dealer games are offered.

We check which support channels exist and their stated hours. We also look for responsible gambling tools and links to independent help organisations, and we report what is actually there.

Access for players in GB

A casino can be real and still not suit every country. We check whether the operator states any restrictions and report them as written. The access page covers this for Rainbet.

Players remain responsible for confirming that use of any site is lawful for them and that they are 18 or over.

When sources disagree

Operators sometimes publish different figures in different places, for example a limit in the terms and another on a payment page. In that case we give priority to the legally binding document, usually the terms and conditions or bonus terms.

If the conflict cannot be settled, we say so on the page and show both figures. We do not choose the more flattering one. Readers who spot a mismatch can tell us, and we will check it against the sources.

Updates and independence

Pages are re-checked against the sources on a regular basis, and sooner if we learn that terms have changed. Bonus terms, limits and payment options change often, so treat any figure as a snapshot and confirm it with the operator before you deposit.

We do not accept payment to change, hide or soften a fact. Nothing here promises winnings, and gambling always carries the risk of losing money. Only stake what you can afford to lose, and use the operator's limit tools or independent help such as GambleAware if play stops being enjoyable.
